A Community Rooted in the Beauty of Montrose

Fox Hills is a unique community of thirty-two, one acre plus home sites in the gentle hills of eastern Montrose city and only 3 miles to Montrose Recreation Center, Wal Mart, and City Market.

The Fox Hills Homeowners Association operates with full transparency, ensuring every owner has access to budgets, meeting records, and community decisions. We believe that great stewardship begins with open communication and shared responsibility.
