Hello neighbors. Please review the proposed amendment to the CC&R's and new Policies. Note that Policies 1-8 are mandated in large part by "Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act" and will not require any discussion during our annual meeting. I will l not provide copies of these polices at the meeting so please print your own as well as the CCR amendment and bring to the meeting. We will vote on them during our annual HOA meeting in January TBD.
